Doufám, že nejhorší máme za sebou. Dnes ráno na mě mrklo slunce a i Air Now hlásí zlepšení situace.
Včera nás ale kouř doslova pohltit. Předpověď hlásila 32°C a jasno, ale všude bylo tolik kouře, že když zrovna vykouklo slunce, vypadalo, jako když se na něj díváte přes pivní láhev při zatmění. Teplota klesla na 24°C a mapa stavu ovzduší vypadala takto (my jsme ten černý puntík pod písmenem p ve slově Spokane).
Požár způsobený bleskem devastuje Glacier National Park ve státě Montana. (Park je od nás asi 240 km vzdušnou čarou, ale autem skoro 5h.) Požár zatím není pod kontrolou a spálil už více než 30 km². Naposledy tu oheň řádil v roce 2003. Je to smutný pohled :-(.

Actually, I’ve just tried to do the same Google translation and it turned out being pretty understandable (with few funny misinterpretations, indeed). If you keep reading and you see anything you disagree with, please do me a favor and let me know. I do not want to spread any gossips or rumors round the world – and if I do, then just because I still do not understand the things right here.
